CHS Personal Fitness Personal fitness is a course designed to develop the life time skills a student needs to maintain a higher level of personal fitness/health. The class is set up to both develop students physically and cognitively! Students will spend a minimum of four days a week concentrating on physical fitness levels. One day a week will be devoted to the classroom where students will gain knowledge about different fitness topics including, but not limited to; fitness, goal setting, muscular strength, cardio endurance, body composition, dietary guidelines, and flexibility. These lessons will be developed as learning modules building skills in self guided learning among the students.Students will be required to complete weekly assignments for classroom days, collect and record fitness levels, and participate in online discussions dealing with fitness topics.
